Travel Diaries #2

Travel to Agra
Agra is a beautiful city. It is in the state of Uttar Pradesh. I have been to Agra a number of times. But when I speak about it here in travel diaries, I am talking about this particular trip to Agra which was fun filled and memorable.
So this trip was with my entire family, all my cousins included. So when it’s a trip with all cousins, you know that it is surely going to be a lot of fun.
We stayed at Ashok Nagar and did the whole of Agra Darshan.
Well of course, we saw one of the seven wonders of the world- The Taj Mahal. It is beautiful. Shahjahan’s masterpiece is truly commendable. It’s marvellous.
We also the Red Fort. It is indeed historical.

P.S: I am soon going to be putting up pictures of my travel. Keep reading.

What’s in a rashee?

What’s in a rashee?
With the buzz that the movie created- What’s your Rashee?
I actually happen to wonder what impact sun signs actually have in our lives and how truly or how correctly do they define someone’s personality.
Our sun signs quite often do tell us about the real personality of a person.
My observations on each sun sign?
I too have observed a little and read a little about sun signs, here is my take on zodiacs:
Aquarius- Original and Independent
Gemini- Adventurous and Flexible
Pisces- Creative and Cooperative
Capricorn- Mature and supportive
Sagittarius- Funny and outgoing
Scorpio- Passionate and Ruling
Libra- Understanding
Virgo- Intelligent and attentive
Leo- Easy going
Cancer- Affectionate
Taurus- Stable and caring
Aries- Charming

These observations are purely based on my observation, not sure of how true they would be in your case.

Society norms

Hi friends
Often we hear people say that if you do this the society will not like and if you do that the society will not approve of it. I always keep wondering why? Why does the society care at the first place? Why have we given the so called society the right to speak about us or the right to sepak about anything that is not related to them? Why don’t everybody just mind their own business, like really?
Why is that people take too long to realise that it is not the society that makes them, although I do completely understand that it is the same set of people you meet day in and day out and deal with the same set of people but yet it shouldn’t bother you much. If it does then it should stop bothering you.
People will talk about you irrespective of whether you are doing well or you are doing badly. They will talk because they have a mouth and they would talk till the end of time.
It is for you to move on and create a life away, far away from these society norms.

Travel Diaries #1

You all would already be aware of my love for travelling from my earlier posts. I absolutely love travelling, it releases all worries and pain. It just makes one feel like there are no boundaries and nothing to limit them. It feels as though we are birds who had been caged since time immortal and are now let free. Free so that we can see the world, free so that we can explore the world and free so that we can conquer the world.
Here is telling you all about my first international travel. Travel to Barcelona
Well the moment any football fanatic would think of Barcelona, they would think of Camp Nou. So well definitely my travel did include visit to this amazing stadium. It was such a bliss to be there. Although I wasn’t fortunate enough to watch a match but still the very feel of being at the stadium was unbeatable.
Next I visited Maremagnum. It was an amazing experience to be there. It’s a perfect leisure area to be in. Right from shopping to other leisure activities like boat ridding, etc are well taken care of.
I also went to this amazing street called “Las Ramblas.” Although I went there as late as past midnight but still it looked like it was noon. Everyone out there was full of energy and full of life.

I so wish to get back in time and relive my Barcelona trip all over again, each and every minute at the stadium and lasramblas and the whole of Barcelona.
What an amazing city to be in.

Happiness- A relative term

Hi friends
Just this morning somebody asked me how I was doing and whether or not I was happy with my life. I replied with a simple “yes all good.”
On giving it a second thought, I realised that happy and good are such relative terms.
My happy or my good is just my happy and my good.
Things that make me happy, may or may not make the other person happy. Like for example- for someone who cannot afford a meal, a bowl of rice would make him happy but for someone who has lived in the luxuries of life, nothing less than a meal at a five star restaurant would satisfy his taste buds.
Our world is so big, we have difference of opinions in everything. Difference of opinions in choices, in our tastes and happiness too. It’s amazing isn’t it?
Now talking about the recent dilemma our country is facing, terrorism. These group of terrorists get happiness in someone’s sorrow and someone’s pain. When the world mourns they are delighted, I wonder how and why? But again happiness is a relative term, so can’t even complain.

Travel

I realised that in my previous blog posts I have covered quite a few things but what I had missed out on was travelling.
“If travelling was free, you would never see me again” This is one quote I really very well relate too. If it wasn’t was for finance pulling me back and pinching my pocket, I would have travelled the world by now.
Travelling releases all the stress. It’s a tried and tested formula. Travelling is the ultimate therapy.
Talking about my travel experience?
Well I haven’t seen very many places but of whatever I have seen, I have realised that I would love to be a hippie. I would love to see the whole world. God has made such a big world, if you are not able to see the Almighty’s creation then what’s the whole point of your living?
Travel because travelling is life.
Travel because travelling would take out the best from you.
Travel because travelling would make you realise of how beautiful the world is.
